Rates are inserted for Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Air. For these 3 methods in 1 pound
increments up to 150 pounds, for over 90 zip code zones, that's over 40,500 [3 x 150 x 90]
individual rates! Also, a default "catch-all" zone is created by averaging across every zone.

The perfect companion to the UPS Shipping Rates import (above) is WebShopGuy's
Shipping Calculator. Your shoppers can compare shipping rates without having to checkout.
The Shipping Calculator appears on the Shopping Cart page, and your shopper simply selects
their home state and destination zipcode, and won't have any surprises on their invoice.
Sales tax is also calculated, and order totals are shown for each shipping method.

If you've built your StoreSense™ store with a "setup wizard," you should be aware of a few minor glitches that annoy your shoppers:
- Shopping cart is empty - Instead of seeing a simple phrase like "Shopping cart is empty", your visitor sees the shopping cart grid full of Zeros, and messages about shipping which are irrelevant.
- Change Quantity in Shopping cart - The Quantity Field is all the way on the left side of the page, but the "Change" button is all the way on the right.
- Lost Your Password? page - Your returning shopper only uses their password from one place - the checkout page. If they actually had lost their password, the "Lost your password" page is 2 page clicks away, and hard to find in the first place.
- New Customers Sign-up page - The minimum length for a password is 4 characters. The shopper doesn't know this, until they get an error page, and have to click 2 more times to continue.
- Invoice/Receipt page - This page looks like a receipt, it even says "Receipt" at the top of the page. Your shopper may think the transaction is complete, but it isn't! They still need to click the "Confirm Order" button.
Some of these glitches are annoying, and some could prevent critical sales.
